Food Service & Marketing Research Lab.
The Foodservice & Marketing Research Lab conducts research on food service policy & operation and nutrition marketing for creating healthy dietary environment. The recent projects include "Study on contents development to support safety management in food service for children", "Study for developing the operation model of healthy institutional food service", "Impact on children's dietary environment from restriction of TV advertising of energy-dense and nutrient-poor foods", and "Development of nutritional supplementary foods for children and women in North Korea". The Lab has operated the Office of Nutrition Policy and Programs for North Korea (SNU NK Nutrition Office) since 2007 and the Geumcheon-gu Center for Children's Foodservice Management since 2011.
