글로벌영양시스템연구실은 인구집단 수준 진단을 통해 영양 시스템의 취약 지점을 규명하고, 시스템 수행도를 분석 및 영양보충제의 생물학적 효과성을 평가하며, 종합적으로 적응적, 형평적 영양 시스템의 설계와 개선을 비전으로 한다.
