1) Test schedule : End of the semesters (4th week on Jun or Dec)

– Master’s course : 2 semester enrollment and acquired ≥18 credits
– Doctoral course : 2 semester enrollment and acquired ≥18 credits
– Integration course : 5 semester enrollment and acquired ≥36 credits

1) Master’s course (Ms)
(1) Application for dissertation examination : certificate of submission for publication, the cover page (including subject, author, Dept.), the abstract, certificate of advisor
(2) Result announcement > the Final semester
(3) Submission of thesis– Thesis for the dissertation examination must be submitted directly to the committee individually.
– students should submit the dissertation to journals 1 week before students he final dissertation examination.
(4) the final dissertation examination and oral examination
2) Doctoral course(Dr.)
(1) Guidance committee> More than once in total (1 time/semester)
(2) Interim announcement> At least 1 semester before graduation
> submission of the certificate of Interim announcement
(3) Dissertation examination and result announcement
> In order to request dissertation examination, students are required to meet journals submission rules as follow (4).
> Dissertation examination : 4 times> Dissertation examination may carry out several time in the same semester.
> Composition of dissertation committee : after carrying out twice of guidance committee and interim announcement, students may submit an application for compose dissertation committee to the Dept. office.
> students may carry out dissertation examination and result announcement at the same semester.
> students should submit an application for compose dissertation committee, recommendation letter of students advisor and students resume to the Dept. office at the final semester.

※ Journals submission rules① In order to request dissertation examination, students are required to meet Journals submission rules as below.② Bylaw for journals submission (2012. 9)> Admission before 1st semester 2009– In order to request for dissertation examination, students are required to submit a copy of publication or a certificate of the expectant publication Journals submission rules as below.– SCIE journals abroad : students should submit more than one paper containing students as the first author and students advisor. – Domestic SCI journals(including domestic prominent journals): students should submit more than one paper including students as the first author and students advisor. And the total contribution percentage should be over 100%.
– % calculation : Single : 100%, 2 person : 70%, 3 people : 50%, ≥4 people : 30%. However, if students are the first author, students contribution is 70% regardless of the number of authors.
